Briefly about the history of company NOVASERVIS
- NOVASERVIS has been operating at our market since 1990, focused on sale of bathroom accessories.
- 1995 NOVASERVIS started to cooperate with company METAL Znojmo a.s. – a traditional Czech manufacturer of brass bathroom accessories NOVATORRE.
- Formation of export department in 1998
- Single-lever mixers METALIA have been produced in Znojmo since 2000. System of production control conforms to international standard ISO 9001 – „system of quality management“.
- Transformation to joint stock company by the capital consolidation of corporations NOVASERVIS, spol. s r.o., METAL Znojmo a.s. and KBC in 2006.
History of company METAL Znojmo
Company METAL Znojmo was initially founded as a local production plant site controlled by the city; till 1991 more than 20 smaller premises became parts of it. Gradual privatisation during 1990 – 1992 led the company to its current form. Since 1995 the company NOVASERVIS spol. s r.o. has ensured exclusive sale and distribution of most of METAL Znojmo products on Czech market. The export activities are realized by its own sales department.
